KLA Industries, a premier AmLaw life sciences corporate firm, seeks a mid-level associate attorney to handle a broad range of corporate and transactional matters for life sciences, healthcare, and tech clients, with hybrid work options across the U.S. and globally.

Requirements include a JD from a top-tier school, active bar status, 2–4 years of experience in public company work, and strong drafting/negotiation skills. AmLaw firm experience is required.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 2–4 years of corporate and transactional experience including public company work, registered equity offerings, SEC reporting, and M&A.
• Experience advising life sciences companies preferred; AmLaw firm experience required.

Responsibilities

• Advise emerging growth and public companies in life sciences/healthcare on equity financings, IPOs, M&A, and governance.
• Manage key components of sophisticated corporate transactions from start to finish with deal teams and clients.
• Provide counsel on SEC compliance and other public company matters.
• Collaborate across practice groups to deliver business-focused solutions.
