Life Sciences Corporate – AmLaw Firm in multiple locations is seeking a mid-level associate attorney to join its nationally recognized Life Sciences Corporate Practice Group. The role involves advising on high-profile corporate transactions for life sciences, healthcare, and tech clients across the U.S.

and globally. Ideal candidates hold a JD from a top-tier law school with strong academics, active bar status, and 2–4 years of corporate experience including M&A and public company work.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing or eligible to obtain promptly.
• 2-4 years of corporate and transactional experience including public company work, offerings, SEC reporting, and M&A.
• Experience advising life sciences companies is preferred; AmLaw experience required.

Responsibilities

• Advise emerging growth and public companies in life sciences/healthcare on equity financings, IPOs, M&A, and governance.
• Manage key components of sophisticated transactions end-to-end with deal teams.
• Provide counsel on SEC compliance and public company matters.
• Collaborate across practice groups for integrated, business-focused solutions.
