Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
• 2–4 years of substantive corporate and transactional experience including public company work, registered equity offerings, SEC reporting, and M&A transactions.
• Experience advising life sciences companies preferred.
• Prior AmLaw firm experience required.

Responsibilities

• Advise emerging growth and public companies on equity financings, IPOs, M&A, and governance.
• Manage key components of sophisticated corporate transactions from start to finish.
• Provide counsel on SEC compliance and registered equity offerings.
• Collaborate with colleagues across groups to deliver business-focused solutions.
