You will manage intake, assign workloads, track deliverables, monitor timelines, and escalate issues to ensure timely completion while collaborating with cross-functional teams on proposals and planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, biotechnology, pharmaceutical sciences, or related life science field.
  • Professional experience in a scientific, laboratory, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or related environment.
  • Ability to interpret scientific/technical information to identify relevant services or technical areas.

Responsibilities

  • Manage intake and triage of new TAG requests.
  • Assign workload across team by service area, capacity and complexity.
  • Maintain tracking of requests, assignments, and deliverables in project management systems.
  • Monitor project timelines and escalate issues to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support proposals and workload planning.
