The Technical Assessment Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the Technical Assessment Group (TAG), a team responsible for evaluating and coordinating technical requirements associated with new business opportunities.
This position serves as a central point of coordination for incoming RFPs, capability requests, and other new-business opportunities. The Coordinator reviews and triages requests, identifies the relevant scientific and technical service areas, assigns work to appropriate TAG resources, monitors workload and deadlines, and maintains accurate tracking and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a life science discipline and professional experience in a laboratory, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or bioanalytical environment. The individual should be highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and capable of understanding scientific information well enough to route requests to the appropriate technical resources.
