  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences is required.
  • 2–5 years in CRO, bioanalytical, pharmaceutical, biotech, or lab environments.

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the Technical Assessment Group (TAG).
  • Review incoming RFPs, RFQs, capability requests, and new-business opportunities.
  • Use scientific knowledge to understand technical requirements and requested services.
  • Identify relevant bioanalytical, laboratory, and scientific service areas.
  • Triage requests based on complexity, service area, and established criteria.
  • Assign requests to TAG resources based on workload.
  • Monitor workload and identify capacity constraints or imbalances.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of requests, assignments, status, deliverables.
  • Update RFP and workflow information in Proposal Hub and other systems.
  • Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up on outstanding activities.
  • Identify overdue actions, workflow bottlenecks, and risks.
  • Coordinate with Business Development, Laboratory Operations, Finance, and technical teams.
  • Maintain accurate data for workload planning, metrics, and KPI reporting.
  • Support analysis of request volumes, turnaround times, and workload distribution.
  • Assist with improving operational tracking, reporting, and workflow processes.
  • Support preparation of work scopes for established routine services.
  • Use approved templates, assumptions, and established processes for routine work.
  • Escalate complex technical assessments and non-standard requests to senior resources.
  • Bachelor's degree required in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.
  • Prefer 2-5 years of experience in CRO, bioanalytical, pharmaceutical, biotech, or laboratory environments.
