Job summary

QofAI is hiring a Partner-level leader to own senior relationships and commercial outcomes for private equity clients, partnering with deal and operating partners and portfolio CEOs to drive EBITDA through AI.

You will identify high-value AI use cases in life sciences, shape engagements, and ensure delivery excellence while expanding accounts and leading cross-functional teams across engineering, data, and product.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience at a top-tier firm or equivalent.
• Partner, Principal, or Associate Partner experience at McKinsey, Bain, or BCG.
• Deep life sciences expertise across pharma, biotech, or medical devices.
• Proven business development track record and senior client trust.
• Comfort with PE deal partners, operating partners, and portfolio CEOs.

Responsibilities

• Own the senior relationship and the commercial outcome for PE clients.
• Sell, shape, and stand behind the AI-enabled engagements.
• Set the AI value creation agenda for each account from diligence to exit prep.
• Lead discussions with portfolio CEOs, deal partners, and operating partners.
• Drive account growth with new portfolio companies and mandates.
• Direct engineering, data, and product teams to focus on high-impact problems.
• Coach teams and raise the standard of work.
