Job summary

QofAI seeks a Partner-level executive to own senior relationships and the commercial outcomes for a set of private equity clients. You will work directly with deal partners and operating partners, shaping the engagement and standing behind the result.

You will drive the AI value creation agenda across diligence, hold-period execution, and exit preparation, guiding cross-functional teams toward EBITDA impact for portfolio companies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Experience as Partner/Principal/Associate Partner at McKinsey, Bain, or BCG.
• Deep consumer expertise across CPG, retail, or direct-to-consumer.
• Strong track record of business development and growing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own senior relationships with deal partners and operating partners.
• Set the AI value creation agenda for each account from diligence to hold-period execution.
• Lead conversations with portfolio CEOs and leadership teams to drive EBITDA impact.
• Direct QofAI's engineering, data, and product teams toward high-impact problems.
• Coach teams and raise the quality and timeliness of deliverables.
