Job summary

QofAI is seeking a Partner-level leader to own senior relationships with private equity clients and drive EBITDA impact across a portfolio of engagements. You will sell, shape, and stand behind outcomes, collaborating with deal partners, operating partners, and portfolio company CEOs to define and execute the AI value creation agenda.

You will work directly with co-founders, lead strategic conversations, and travel as needed to client sites, building trust and delivering measurable results

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in top-tier consulting firms or equivalent
• Demonstrated track record in selling work, owning relationships with senior buyers, and growing accounts
• Ability to set AI value creation agenda for industrials and operate across PE and portfolio company leadership

Responsibilities

• Own senior relationships with deal partners and operating partners at private equity clients
• Lead the AI value creation agenda from diligence through hold-period execution and exit preparation
• Coordinate with portfolio company CEOs and leadership teams to drive EBITDA impact
• Shape and sell consulting and engineering work, ensuring delivery against commitments
• Travel to client sites as needed and manage multiple accounts end-to-end
