Structure Tone, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking a Vice President of Life Sciences to oversee the life sciences business, project teams, and staff. The role requires strategic leadership, strong client relationships, and proven delivery of R&D and cGMP projects within a growing business unit.

The VP will guide talent recruitment, financial performance, and risk management while aligning division goals with project outcomes and client satisfaction across multiple high-stakes projects.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience overseeing multiple project teams and staff.
• Experience in life sciences R&D and cGMP construction.
• Strong financial, risk, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to recruit, mentor, and develop life sciences talent.
• Excellent client relationship and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain executive-level relationships with clients and partners.
• Drive long-term life sciences growth via talent, BD, and execution.
• Contribute to fiscal planning and strategic direction of the BU.
• Oversee project cost projections and profitability alignment.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
