Job summary

Structure Tone, part of the STO Building Group, seeks a Vice President of Life Sciences. This senior leader oversees the life sciences business, multi-project teams, and the supervision of project managers and staff.

The role wields R&D and cGMP delivery experience, strong client relationships, and strategic growth oversight. Responsibilities include driving growth, mentoring leaders, managing budgets and risk, and ensuring high-quality project execution with a focus on safety and client

Qualifications

• 15+ years leadership in life sciences R&D and cGMP construction.
• Experience delivering multiple large-scale projects concurrently.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Willingness to travel for life sciences accounts and projects.
• Professional affiliations (e.g., AGC, ASCE) preferred; PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains executive-level relationships with clients, partners, and community representatives.
• Drives Life Science growth through talent recruitment, business development, and project execution.
• Leads fiscal planning, goals, and strategic direction for the BU.
• Oversees project cost projections, profitability, and scheduling.
• Ensures compliance with policies and quality, cost, and safety objectives.
• Provides oversight on staffing, procurement, and financial tracking.
• Supports R&D and cGMP project managers and field leadership.
