Job summary

qordata is seeking a Life Sciences Compliance Subject Matter Expert to bridge regulation and product. You will translate Sunshine Act, AKS, FCPA, and transparency requirements into practical workflows for product teams and customers.

In this role you’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to shape the roadmap, support deals, and represent the company as a credible voice in life sciences compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in life sciences or healthcare compliance.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. life sciences compliance and transparency requirements.
• Experience with compliance programs, reporting, risk management, or operations.
• Experience with SaaS, technology, data, or compliance solutions preferred.
• The ability to translate compliance needs into technology solutions.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort working directly with customers and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to Life Sciences Compliance Subject Matter Expert for qordata's products
• Translating compliance requirements into concrete product requirements and workflows
• Partnering with Product and Engineering on discovery and roadmap decisions
• Reviewing product features for compliance alignment and flagging gaps before customers do
• Keeping a constant eye on regulatory and industry developments that could affect the product
• Acting as the compliance Subject Matter Expert in customer and prospect conversations
• Joining discovery sessions and solution discussions where deep compliance knowledge makes the difference
• Supporting RFPs, proposals, demos, and customer workshops
• Working closely with Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success to keep engagements grounded in real compliance needs
• Turning customer feedback into product insight, not just tickets
