Pharming Healthcare, Inc. in the United States seeks an Associate General Counsel to serve as the primary legal adviser for U.S. Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, and HEOR teams. The role reports to the U.S. General Counsel and requires substantial in-house life sciences experience.

The position offers a hybrid schedule based in Warren, NJ with quarterly travel to NJ and periods of travel for conferences; fully remote candidates willing to travel are welcome.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate required with ABA accreditation.
• Admission to NJ state bar or license to practice in at least one US state.
• Minimum 10 years legal experience, including 5+ years in-house in life sciences.

Responsabilités

• Provide legal counsel on Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Operations and HEOR strategies and activities.
• Advise on clinical trials from planning to publication and startup.
• Negotiate a wide range of contracts including TTAs, CTAs, data transfer and MTAs.
• Represent the legal perspective on the Medical Review Committee and ensure compliance.
• Develop templates, playbooks, and negotiation guidance; monitor regulatory developments.
