Job summary

MedPro is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join the MedPro Compliance Advisory Services Team in Mount Arlington, NJ. You will leverage your regulatory expertise to educate colleagues and external customers. The role reports to the Manager, Compliance Advisory Services, US Reporting, and involves collaboration with a dynamic team.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in regulatory/compliance, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong research and communication skills. Travel approx.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Possession of reputable compliance certification(s) strongly preferred (e.g., Seton Hall Law or SCCE).

Responsibilities

• Support advisory services by researching current Life Sciences & healthcare laws, regulations, codes and guidelines.
• Prepare customer-facing materials, reminders, updates, and educational resources.
• Assist in customer meetings and respond to prospect/customer questions.
• Help clients navigate aggregate spend reporting seasons.
• Draft or review SOPs, policies, and compliance-related documents.
