Job summary

MedPro seeks a Compliance Analyst for its Mount Arlington, New Jersey location. You will support the Compliance Advisory Services Team with regulatory research, policy drafting, and client education across pharmaceutical, medical device, hospital, and distributor segments.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in compliance, strong communication skills, and a drive to deliver practical, compliant solutions for external customers and internal colleagues.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of legal, regulatory or compliance job experience required
• Pharmaceutical or medical device industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of health care compliance fraud & abuse laws and regulations preferred

Responsibilities

• Familiar with current and emerging life sciences and healthcare laws and guidelines for diverse clients
• Monitor and evaluate new laws related to pharmaceutical and device compliance and transparency
• Support advisory services engagements by researching and drafting foundational compliance elements
• Prepare customer-facing reminders, news updates, and educational resources
• Participate in customer meetings and respond to questions
• Assist customers in navigating aggregate spend reporting season
