MedPro Compliance Advisory is seeking a Data Services Analyst as part of the Reporting Team. You will contribute to new customer implementations, data services, and ongoing support by handling data collection, matching, remediation, and report creation.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and strong analytical skills, plus proficiency with Excel and SQL. A customer-facing mindset and ability to work across teams are essential for success in this role at MedPro.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; quantitative coursework preferred.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial.
• Life Sciences data knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn and maintain expertise in Aggregate Spend requirements.
• Learn and use MedPro ComplianceReportingID application and SQL to access databases.
• Support customer implementations and ongoing data services.
• Work with customer data files, screens, and system reports.
• Perform data remediation and reporting generation.
• Guide customers through annual reporting seasons and configurations.
• Collaborate with other teams on system enhancements and bug fixes.
