Job summary

Trinity Life Sciences is seeking a Partner to lead its Commercial Strategy group for life sciences clients. You will drive corporate portfolio and launch strategies, and grow the firm’s capabilities through leadership and client development.

You will build and expand relationships with pharma and biotech clients, guiding senior teams to deliver high-impact engagements and prioritize staff growth while achieving multi-million-dollar revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Life Sciences consulting experience with Commercial Strategy projects.
• Demonstrated success in client development within a growth-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong quantitative abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide intellectual leadership in developing Trinity’s capabilities.
• Grow Trinity from a business and talent perspective as a Leadership Team member.
• Generate at least $3–5 million in annual revenue through new and existing clients.
