Job summary

Trinity Life Sciences in Princeton, NJ, seeks a Partner to lead its Commercial Strategy group, driving advisory services across Corporate & Portfolio Strategy, New Product Planning, BD&L, and Launch go-to-market efforts. You will work with Trinity leadership to grow the firm, develop capabilities, and expand client relationships with top pharma/biotech companies.

Lead staff progression and strategic project direction across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with a life science focus; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in Life Sciences consulting with Commercial Strategy projects.
• Proven success in client development and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide intellectual leadership as part of Trinity's Leadership Team.
• Grow the business and talent, expanding client relationships.
• Generate at least $3–$5 million in revenue annually.
• Lead assigned staff and ensure superb execution on engagements.
• Set strategic direction for projects and guide managers.
