Job summary

ZS is seeking a Strategy Insights & Planning Consultant to lead healthcare and life sciences engagements, guiding commercial strategy and market access initiatives with analytics and AI support.

You will manage client relationships, facilitate workshops, and translate complex challenges into actionable insights while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• MBA or PhD with business application; 5–8 years consulting experience may substitute.
• 5–8+ years of management consulting or related fields.
• Strong ability to manage complex client projects and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with senior decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategy, market access, value & access, and marketing-focused client engagements within healthcare and life sciences.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact, managing project execution and stakeholder communication.
• Facilitate client workshops and working sessions to drive productive discussions and actionable outcomes.
• Translate complex business challenges into structured analyses and strategic recommendations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop insights informing commercialization and growth strategies.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and analyses.
• Define project scope and approach with project leadership.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and contribute to business development.
