Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Healthcare.
- Strong B2B commercial experience within Life Sciences / Pharma / Biotech.
- Experience in Business Analysis, Commercial Consulting, SME, or Program Management.
- Strong requirements gathering and process analysis experience.
- Experience working with senior business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with Technology, Data, Analytics, or Digital teams.
Responsibilities
- Act as a Life Sciences Commercial Business Analyst and SME.
- Work with Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Data, and Technology teams.
- Gather and document business and functional requirements.
- Lead stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.
- Analyze and improve B2B commercial processes and workflows.
- Translate business needs into requirements, use cases, and actionable solutions.
- Support projects, programs, UAT, implementation, and change management.
- Partner with Data, Analytics, AI, and Technology teams on business solutions.
- Prepare presentations, roadmaps, status reports, and executive updates.
