The role involves leading logistics for moderate to complex internal commercial education meetings, coordinating with clients, venues, and suppliers to ensure smooth, compliant, high-impact experiences.

This hybrid position requires onsite execution at client offices in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, with travel 1–3x yearly.

Qualifications

• Planning and executing meetings from kickoff to closeout with timelines and deliverables.
• Experience in a regulated Life Sciences environment with emphasis on compliance, accuracy, and procedure.
