Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and deploy core curriculum for new hires.
• Design and facilitate training classes.
• Assess performance and identify training needs across regions and roles.
• Organize, lead, and present trainings virtual and in-person.
• Provide field coaching feedback during travel with the commercial team.
• Collaborate with Learning & Technology vendors.
• Maintain understanding of products and processes to train on these areas.
• Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Create clear, well-written communications and training documents.
• Measure and report training effectiveness against goals.
