Job summary

Beghou Consulting is seeking an experienced senior data analytics professional to oversee client proposals, ensure methodological soundness, and deliver services on time and within budget.

You will leverage your SAS, Python, and VBA coding skills to enhance reporting, drive client engagement, and identify growth opportunities for the firm. Lead diverse teams, mentor juniors, and contribute to organizational development and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in data and analytics.
• 6+ years of professional experience in data and analytics within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of Pharmaceutical commercial functions including Data Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, and BI/Reporting.
• Technical expertise in SAS, Python, VBA; experience with Tableau or Power BI; advanced Excel skills.
• Analytical and quantitative aptitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proven project management and people leadership experience.
• Industry knowledge of analytics trends in life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Lead impactful projects: oversee proposals and ensure quality, timeline, and budget.
• Develop data-driven solutions: build reports, online tools, and data processes; perform analyses for clients.
• Leverage coding skills: use SAS, Python, VBA for data processing and reporting.
• Drive client success: grow external engagements and manage client relationships.
• Monitor project progress: manage risks, inform stakeholders, and handle invoices and SOWs.
• Identify growth opportunities: create plans for new offerings and best-practice improvements.
• Lead and mentor teams: motivate diverse teams and support professional development.
• Support organizational development: contribute to management initiatives like recruitment and training.
