Job summary

Beghou Consulting is seeking an experienced data analytics project lead to drive the conceptualization, execution, and integration of data-driven projects for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients. You will guide internal stakeholders, lead teams, and deliver strategic insights across work streams.

You will mentor junior staff, optimize data processes, and contribute to firm growth through collaboration and innovation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a life sciences field; 4+ years of related experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; advanced Excel expertise.
• Good understanding of Pharmaceutical commercial functions (Data Management, Sales Ops, Commercial Analytics, BI/Reporting).
• Knowledge of SAS, Python, R, VBA and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with strong problem-solving ability.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and project leadership capabilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to design and deliver high-quality client deliverables.
• Provide strategic direction on project scope, resources, timelines, and data analytics tasks.
• Collaborate with leadership to define project approaches and development strategies.
• Analyze data, synthesize findings, and develop actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.
• Independently manage projects, client communications, meetings, and timelines as primary contact.
• Develop and optimize data processes; apply coding where needed for efficient reporting.
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Engage in business development activities and support firm growth initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and foster continuous improvement.
