Job summary

EPAM is seeking a Business Analyst for Life Science projects to collaborate with stakeholders, analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical solutions with the project team. The role focuses on data management workflows and process optimization within agile environments.

The candidate will work with developers, data architects, and business colleagues to ensure delivery of high-quality data solutions and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Chemistry, Biology, Medicine, or Pharmacy.
• 3+ years BA/analyst experience in pharma/clinical domains.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• English proficiency at C1 or above.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Handle first-level queries from the business team and ensure solutions meet objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in data management workflows.
• Foster teamwork and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications with engineers and data architects.
