Job summary

SkyCell AG is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technical solutions across product, engineering, QA, UX, and sales. You will document requirements, model processes, and analyze data to support releases and data-driven decisions in a global pharma supply chain context.

The role involves collaborating with engineers and product teams, ensuring non-functional requirements are captured, and contributing to dashboards and reporting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of UML, DFD, ERD and system architecture diagrams.
• Experience in requirements engineering and business process modelling.
• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Document business requirements using technical artifacts (process flows, diagrams).
• Own Epics and User Stories through the delivery lifecycle.
• Translate complex business needs into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports; use SQL for basic reporting.
