Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Reinvention Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone of its AI Transformation Office within Life Sciences. You will drive communications, milestones, and portfolio reporting across multiple workstreams while leveraging automation to increase efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years of program management experience in a complex enterprise, with strong executive-ready communication skills and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-workstream programs in complex environments.
• Ability to synthesize status for senior executives.
• Familiarity with AI-powered project management and automation tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with executives.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams including consultants and technologists.

Responsibilities

• Manage project communications, milestones, and portfolio reporting across all workstreams.
• Track budget actuals, surface variances, and support governance reporting to leadership.
• Leverage AI-enabled project management tools and automation to streamline operations.
• Coordinate across Transformers, Workforce Architects, and AI & Data Innovators for integrated progress view.
• Maintain operating cadence with cadence calls, status reports, risk logs, and actions.
