Accenture's Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise practice leads AI-driven enterprise transformation for top pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. This high-visibility role offers a path to Managing Director for high performers, with up to 80% travel depending on client needs.

You will lead the people change agenda, own the workforce transition strategy, and coordinate with AI innovators to align process, technology, and organizational design.

Qualifications

• 8+ years combined experience in workforce strategy, organizational design, or talent transformation.
• Proven change management leadership for technology or AI-driven transformations.
• Experience redesigning roles during large-scale process and tech changes.
• Familiarity with Life Sciences workforce dynamics and structures.
• Strong communication with VP and functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the people change agenda for the pod's engagement and define evolving roles as AI takes over tasks.
• Own the workforce transition strategy and ensure change lands with technology.
• Coordinate with Process Blueprint Lead and AI Innovators on organizational implications.
• Develop communications and stakeholder materials for functional leadership.
• Track adoption signals and surface resistance patterns early to mitigate risks.
• Contribute workforce insights to the enterprise AI Transformation Office.
