Job summary

Lynx Analytics is hiring a Sales Manager to lead revenue growth in life sciences. This hands-on role requires owning your pipeline, running complex deals end-to-end, and collaborating with leadership to strengthen pricing and go-to-market approaches.

You will prospect, qualify, and close opportunities across pharma, biotech, and medtech, while building a scalable commercial function from the ground up.

Qualifications

• You have a track record of winning and growing consulting or solutions-based business in life sciences.
• You know how to run a disciplined sales process for complex deals and senior buyers.
• 5–8+ years in commercial roles with a quota-hitting history.
• Credibility in life sciences from commercial, data, digital, or R&D sides.
• Experience selling analytics, AI, or professional services engagements.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and bringing structure to sales processes.
• Strong operator able to translate plans into day-to-day execution.
• Confident engaging director- and VP-level stakeholders as a peer.
• Motivated by building a commercial function early in its lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue targets across target markets and net-new business.
• Prospect and generate new leads to build a strong pipeline.
• Manage full sales cycle from outreach to proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.
• Identify expansion opportunities within won accounts with delivery.
• Shape proposals, pricing, and solution positioning with leadership.
• Develop relationships with client stakeholders across pharma, biotech, medtech.
• Support go-to-market execution—messaging, service packaging, campaigns.
• Represent Lynx at client meetings, industry forums, and events.
• Help build out the commercial team and playbook as it scales.
