Anthropic Limited is seeking a Sales Manager for Life Sciences in the United States. You will build and lead a team of Strategic Account Executives across biotech, pharma, and medtech, driving adoption of frontier AI platforms through strategic deals and executive relationships.

You will collaborate with Product and Marketing to refine value propositions and go-to-market playbooks, coaching teams through multi-year AI transformations from discovery to commercialization.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of life sciences experience, with 5+ years selling to biotech/pharma/medtech.
• Proven leadership of enterprise sales teams with revenue outcomes.
• Deep understanding of business models and regulatory environments in life sciences.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead a team of Strategic Account Executives covering biotech, pharma, and medtech.
• Design sales strategies tailored to procurement cycles (R&D, regulatory, commercial).
• Identify high-potential opportunities across drug discovery, clinical, regulatory, manufacturing, and commercial.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline and forecast cadence to meet quota.
• Partner with C-suite executives to design multi-year AI transformation roadmaps.
