Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences, business, or related field is required.
• Experience in business development, sales, or account management is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage scientific and technical professionals.
• Familiarity with consultative or solution-based sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an initial point of contact for prospective clients and guide them through onboarding.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and communicate EGC’s services and value.
• Manage a pipeline of prospects and track interactions and outcomes in Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with internal scientific and accounting teams for smooth handoffs.
• Support proposal preparation, pricing, and contract coordination under the Senior Sales Manager.
• Represent EGC at local and national industry events as needed.
• Assist in marketing and outreach initiatives.
