You will collaborate with property management, leasing, accounting, legal, and construction teams to manage tenant communications, vendor relations, budgets, and on-site construction activities, while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and strong customer-service mindset.
• Internship or experience in property management, real estate, hospitality, facilities management, or customer service is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer-first mindset.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants, providing exceptional customer service and supporting day-to-day property operations.
• Assist with all aspects of property management to ensure buildings operate efficiently and deliver a great tenant experience.
• Support property improvement projects and renovations while coordinating activities to minimize disruption.
• Process invoice coding and assist with accounts receivable collections.
• Assist in preparation and management of annual operating budgets.
• Organize and track recurring tenant meetings, ensuring timely resolution of requests.
