Job summary

The University of Georgia's Savannah River Ecology Lab in the Augusta area is seeking a Life Science Technician (Lance) to support field and laboratory studies focused on amphibian and reptile ecotoxicology, population ecology, and conservation. Responsibilities

• Assists graduate students, PI, and postdoctoral fellow with research projects involving amphibian conservation ecology and general ecotoxicology studies.
• Maintains remote environmental data loggers and curates associated data.
• Assists with acoustic recording of amphibians, development of AI detectors, and analysis of recordings.
• Supports general lab maintenance and chemical safety.
