Job summary

Consigli Construction is seeking a Project Executive (Life Science) to lead business development and project delivery in Life Sciences. You will partner with local Business Developers and internal teams to pursue opportunities, develop proposals, and guide interviews to build a profitable Life Sciences portfolio.

You will provide strategic oversight across all project phases, manage project leaders and staff, maintain client relationships, and drive safety, quality, and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 15 years in senior leadership within CM or CM-at-Risk.
• Proven track record managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and proposal development for Life Sciences projects.
• Oversee project delivery from preconstruction to close-out and ensure profitability.
• Manage Project Managers, Engineers, and Project Administrators and mentor staff.
• Maintain strong client and partner relationships and ensure safety and quality.
