Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction cost estimating experience focused on Life Science/Pharmaceutical projects.
• Experience with CSI Estimating Format and estimating software.
• Proficient in on-screen takeoff or Bluebeam and estimating databases.
• Ability to work with design teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare organized, detailed estimates from feasibility to buyout.
• Review plans and specs to understand estimate scope.
• Collaborate with design team to propose cost-effective options.
• Manage projects from bidding through construction administration.
• Travel for project visits and meetings.
