Job summary

You will be responsible for creating high-quality estimates, collaborating with design teams, and managing project costs, while working closely with clients to meet their project goals. Occasional travel for project visits may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction cost estimating experience focused on Life Science/Pharmaceutical estimating.
• Prior experience utilizing on-screen takeoff or Bluebeam.
• Demonstrated ability to understand project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Create and submit well organized, high quality written estimates.
• Prepare construction and installation estimates from various design stages.
• Collaborate with the design team and offer cost-effective alternates.
