• 5+ years construction cost estimating experience focused on Life Science/Pharmaceutical estimating.
• Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and work in teams.
• Self-motivated individual with good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and submit well organized, high quality written estimates.
• Collaborate with the design team and offer cost-effective alternates.
• Manage project from estimating/bidding to construction administration.
