• Demonstrated knowledge of estimating practices and procedures utilizing estimating software.
• Experience working on large commercial/industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Create and submit well organized, high quality written estimates.
• Prepare construction and installation estimates.
• Coordinate with Design Group construction teams to maintain current cost data.

Skills

Construction cost estimating experience focused on Life Science/Pharmaceutical

Estimating practices and procedures

Understanding of CSI Estimating Format

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Procore & Project)

Education

BS degree in Construction Management or Engineering
