CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking an organized Assistant Project Manager to support delivery of healthcare and life science facility projects in San Diego.

You will assist Project Managers with planning, coordination and execution across regulated environments, ensuring schedule and budget adherence and high-quality client outcomes. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2+ years experience delivering construction projects, with healthcare or life science exposure.
• Direct experience with OSHPD processes and HCIA compliance requirements.
• Experience on life science labs, vivariums or pharmaceutical fit-outs.
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, Primavera and BIM coordination workflows.
• Strong schedule and budget monitoring, change management and RF/ submittal handling.
• Excellent communication and organization; capable of coordinating with clients, contractors and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in planning and executing healthcare and life science projects regulated by OSHPD/HCIA.
• Coordinate submittals, RFIs, change orders and construction documentation using Procore, Prolog, MS Project or similar.
• Prepare and review OSHPD/HCIA documentation and facilitate approvals and inspections.
• Assist with site coordination, daily construction supervision and contractor oversight.
• Collaborate with design teams, MEP engineers and vendors on lab fit-outs and regulatory requirements.
• Track project costs, review pay apps, forecast, and maintain financial records.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare progress reports and communicate schedule, budget and risk updates.
• Support QA/QC, safety, closeout activities including punch lists and turnover packages.
• Identify project risks and assist with mitigation strategies.
