Invoke Staffing seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on healthcare and life science projects in the Raleigh–Durham area. You will oversee safety, schedule, quality, and subcontractor coordination in active, occupied environments, ensuring compliance with infection control and cleanroom protocols.

• Experience leading field operations on healthcare or life science construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of infection control, cleanroom protocols, and regulatory standards.
• Proven ability to manage schedule, budget, and quality across occupied facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on-site field operations for healthcare or life science projects from mobilization to closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors to meet plans, specs, and regulatory standards.
• Develop and manage the project schedule to protect milestones and minimize disruption.
• Conduct site walkthroughs and quality-control inspections against plans and codes.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a compliant, organized site.
• Collaborate with project managers, owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors.
• Manage material/logistics and site access in coordination with facilities operations.
• Lead punch lists, commissioning support, and closeout documentation.
• Facilitate OAC meetings and provide progress reporting.
