Job summary

Spyglass Talent Solutions in Raleigh, NC, has partnered with a Triangle-based commercial contractor to find a Project Manager. The role owns projects from preconstruction through closeout, delivering complex commercial work including life sciences, biotech, healthcare, or other technically challenging environments.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of PM experience, manage projects up to $10M, and possess strong estimating/preconstruction skills. Procore or MS Project proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing projects up to $10M.
• Strong estimating and preconstruction background.
• Experience with life sciences or other technically complex construction environments preferred.
• Understanding of complex MEP systems and coordination required on technical projects.
• Experience working in occupied, phased, fast-track, or operational environments.
• Familiarity with Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the work from preconstruction through closeout, including budgeting, scheduling, risk, and execution.
• Lead the client experience with clear communication and relationship management.
• Help build future opportunities by strengthening relationships and developing people.
