Job summary

IMI plc in Palmer, MA and Pipersville, PA seeks a senior finance leader to oversee Life Science manufacturing finance. Based onsite in Palmer with some travel, you will partner with site leadership, drive performance, and ensure IFRS compliance.

You will manage budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, inventory and working capital, lead a finance team, and implement process improvements across multi-site operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline.
• CPA, CMA, MBA or equivalent advanced qualification preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including manufacturing finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget, quarterly forecasting, long-range planning and monthly business performance review processes for Palmer and Pipersville.
• Provide analysis of revenue, profit, gross margin, cash and performance; identify risks, opportunities and corrective actions.
• Lead financial oversight of standard costing, inventory, work in process, labor and material variances, productivity, variance management.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality and Commercial leadership to evaluate performance and support decisions.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial close, reporting, balance sheet management and IFRS compliance.
• Improve cash generation through disciplined management of inventory, receivables, payables and capital expenditure.
• Provide financial leadership for capital investment, automation and ROI reviews.
• Lead, coach and develop the finance and accounting team and drive process improvements.
