HORIBA is seeking a Life Sciences Sales Specialist to manage a US territory, selling HORIBA portfolio tools to biopharma/pharma customers. The role entails face-to-face meetings, teleconferences, and emails, driving adoption and revenue growth within R&D, QA/QC, and PAT environments.

Based in Boston, New Jersey, or Philadelphia, you will collaborate with cross-divisional teams, conduct product demonstrations, and build strategic relationships to expand life science applications while ensuring

Formación

• 5+ years of technical sales experience or equivalent lab/industry experience in biopharma/pharma.
• Experience in spectroscopy or chromatography sales is preferred (Raman, fluorescence, absorbance, FTIR, LC) or supplying pharma.
• Deep technical expertise in biopharma/pharma workflows with strong presentation and consultation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and maintaining strategic relationships.
• Proficiency with CRM and MS Office; strong project management and troubleshooting abilities.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Promote HORIBA products and technologies across existing accounts and new ones to grow biopharma/pharma markets.
• Deliver value propositions and conduct product demonstrations with the applications team.
• Develop and maintain strategic customer relationships to expand key applications within the territory.
• Use CRM and technical software to manage opportunities and customer data.
• Understand key decision makers and client culture; navigate matrix organizations.
• Collaborate across life science to build a pipeline of opportunities.
• Expand HORIBA’s product portfolio across client functions to deliver compelling value.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through engagement and support.
• Continuously learn about life science needs, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively via written, oral, and presentation skills.
