Turner & Townsend in Seattle is seeking a Site Project Lead to join our Life Science Construction practice. You will be part of the management team, supporting the Director of Project Management in driving growth, profitability, and delivery excellence across complex projects.

You will lead bid teams, manage client relationships, coach staff, monitor margins, and ensure timely invoicing. This full-time, on-site role offers opportunities to shape major programs in the life sciences sector.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Project Management in driving growth and profitability.
• Lead bid teams and run proposal generation efforts.
• Attend client interviews to present our service offerings.
• Provide weekly updates regarding status of projects, initiatives, and staffing.
• Provide effective line management for staff, including coaching and mentoring.
• Manage project finances, track margins and forecasts, and billings.
• Identify and act on cross-selling opportunities.
