Qualifications

• 12+ years of construction project management experience.
• 2+ years leading multidisciplinary consulting teams.
• Proven track record delivering PM services to clients.
• Business development with growth experience.
• Experience in major construction sectors including life sciences.
• Excellent verbal, written, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a project management team.
• Communicate with clients and oversee service delivery.
• Develop risk mitigation plans and KPIs.
• Prepare proposals/RFP responses for new clients and projects.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and knowledge management.
• Drive growth through business development and cross-selling.
• Partner with talent acquisition to plan staffing and attract talent.
• Attend senior leadership meetings and deliver strategic guidance.
