Job summary
FORMULATRIX is seeking an Applications Sales Specialist to champion the Ultrafiltration/TFF portfolio across the Western US and Canada. This hands-on, consultative role blends cutting-edge life science tools with sales strategy, driving opportunities from lead to close with collaboration from Inside Sales.

Qualifications
- Educational background in life sciences with strong biochemistry, cell biology and molecular biology knowledge.
- Hands-on experience in at least one of the listed separation/purification areas or related techniques.
- Prior sales experience is a plus but not required if the candidate has strong technical drive and communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Willingness and ability to travel across the Western US and Canada; valid driver's license required.
Responsibilities
- Own the sales process from initial contact through negotiation, pricing, purchasing follow-up, and closing.
- Deliver compelling customer demos and provide hands-on support during product evaluations.
- Provide expert applications support, customer training, and ensure seamless onboarding.
- Travel across the territory to meet customers and represent FORMULATRIX at industry events.
