Job summary

WestAir Gases & Equipment Inc. is seeking a Life Science Account Manager to manage a portfolio of life science customers within the assigned territory, developing trusted relationships with key stakeholders and executive decision-makers.

You will coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Credit to ensure timely delivery of gases, equipment, and related solutions, identify opportunities to grow accounts, and negotiate long-term supply agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3+ years B2B sales in life sciences or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and sales activity.
• Experience with CRM systems and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for all customer account matters.
• Develop trusted relationships with stakeholders and executives.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and negotiate terms.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Credit to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate account, pricing, and sales activity records.
• Travel 50–75% within the territory.
