Job summary

Indiana Donor Network seeks a Referral Response Coordinator in Indianapolis to respond to hospital referrals, collect donor suitability data, and assist in initiating donor management orders as part of a collaborative clinical team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical area preferred; healthcare setting experience valued.
• Current BLS certification or the ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Strong critical care experience in a hospital setting.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of donation information.
• Excellent communication and data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Respond to referrals from hospitals to collect and communicate data on donor suitability.
• Facilitate donation process alongside internal/external partners and initiate donor management orders.
• Participate in projects or committees to improve organizational effectiveness.
