The role requires a clinical bachelor's degree, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical area preferred.
• Current BLS certification or obtain within 6 months.
• Strong critical care experience in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Respond to referrals to collect data on donor suitability.
• Facilitate donation processes with internal and external partners.
• Participate on projects or committees improving organizational culture.
