Job summary

Network for Hope is seeking an Organ Recovery Coordinator (ORC) who will manage the organ donation process from referral to recovery with compassion, clinical excellence, and teamwork. You will collaborate with hospital staff, donor families, and transplant teams to bring hope to those in need.

This role requires considerable travel and on-call responsibility. You will perform donor evaluation, medical management, family support, organ allocation and recovery, and thorough documentation to

Qualifications

• 2 years of clinical healthcare-related experience required.
• 1 year of experience in critical care, donation or transplant settings preferred.
• ACLS Required. CPTC Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Donor Referral & Evaluation: Collaborate with hospital staff to evaluate potential donors and coordinate referrals.
• Donor Management: Oversee medical management of potential donors with ICU staff.
• Family Support & Authorization: Provide compassionate information to donor families.
